I purchased a dining set at havertys last year. I have some issues trying to replace a chair through guardsman the insurance; honestly guardsman and customer service havertys are terrible. However I went to store and I talked with the seller victor and he helped us to resolve the problem and his manager Shannon was really nice and helpful as well. Victor is taking care of us since 2018 and he is a respectful person committed to help their customers. I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to him and the store team. They sell sub standard furniture, which is damaged in a year, we have a insurance that this retailer sold us for protection, Gaurdsman its terrible insurance and they do not provide any coverage or service on time. please do not buy the furniture because the show room looks nice.
